We want you to love your new purchase. But, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it by mail within 21 days from the date received for a full refund or can exchange for something of the same value. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded*.

Unworn merchandise, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with tags attached must be accompanied by original invoice and authorization number. Simply call us and we will give you an authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number or outside return policy guidelines will NOT be mailed back to you nor will you receive a refund.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. All lingerie, swimwear, accessories and sale purchases are FINAL and may NOT be returned. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 21 days.

*No returns or exchanges are accepted for FINAL SALES.
